It can be processed into environmentally friendly biodegradable spunbond nonwoven fabric. The spunbond process extrudes molten polymer into continuous filaments, then laid into a web and bonded, giving the material more uniform mechanical properties and superior surface smoothness. This nonwoven fabric offers textile-like softness suitable for hygiene products (e.g., baby diapers, wipes) and alos medical dressings with its exceptional breathability and moisture management characteristics proving particularly advantageous for medical applications.
