The ES3028 material is a thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE), a linear block copolymer

composed of polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) polyester hard segments and aliphatic polyester or polyether soft segments. Its unique molecular structure endows it with excellent soft touch and comfort, making it suitable for products in direct contact with the human body (such as handles, wearable device accessories, etc.) to enhance the comfort experience during user grip or wear. With good elasticity and anti-deformation ability, it can absorb external impacts after overmolding, protecting the coated substrate from collision damage. It exhibits excellent adhesion and

compatibility, forming a strong bond with various substrates (such as engineering plastics like ABS, PC, PA, and metal-plated surfaces) without the need for additional primer, reducing process complexity. 

Applications include: Consumer Electronics, Overmolding for mobile phone cases, soft rubber parts of headphone controls, smart watch straps. Automotive Industry:Anti-slip overmolding for steering wheels, soft covering for gear shift handles, seals. Daily Necessities: Tool handles (e.g.,screwdrivers, scissors), kitchen utensil grips, anti-slip coatings for children's
